Affiliations and Publications

Ms. Jackson was awarded Board Certification in the areas of Property Owners Association Law and Residential Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Her firm is designated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review, and she is a commentary editor for the prestigious O'Connor's Property Code Plus. She is now serving on the TBLS Property Owners Association Exam Commission, a committee of POA lawyers who compose the questions that appear on the legal specialization examination for attorneys desiring to become certified in Property Owners Association Law.
